As expected, Jacare by submission. Overeem with another disappointment. Given the number of heavyweights in the ufc I doubt if he will move to LHW. That is if he will keep on fighting.

Not entirely OT, but does anyone know what Herb Dean has on his feet? Those black and white nike's he has been wearing recently look really comfy.

His MMA legacy is pretty lackluster. Best wins were Lesnar (already halfway out of MMA due to health), Werdum (could be argued Werdum won) and Vitor twice in Pride (a decade ago)

What was up with mousasi? I get keeping your jab low to defend the take down but other then that he wasnt doing anything. I dont think I remember him throwing a kick or hook or knee. As a fan of his I was so disappointed

Mousasi has a tendency to look very complacent. He looked that way against Machida too. At this point, I'm not a fan of this guy anymore. He's another boring fight away from completely being blacklisted in my book.

Had big hopes for him too, after finally getting into the UFC.

Jacare though... guy is a MONSTER! Dude looks like he hopped out of a live action DBZ movie.

I thought that fight was going to be a lot more competitive but he beat the **** out of Gegard. The grappling has always been stellar but the guy can throw serious hammers! Couple that with good head movements and the ability to get inside it's almost Tyson like when i'm watching it. He had Moose hurt several times and his chin is generally bombproof.

He definitely deserves next crack at Weidman.

Mousasi is the middleweight Alexander Emelianenko. Dude would walk into fights with bed hair, looking like he bout to fall asleep during staredowns
