Exactly. I think more to the point is if this was gsp or Anderson during their title defenses they would have been given the immediate rematch no matter how bad or quick the fight ended.

I am a fan of Connor but some things are really frustrating about the ufc.
 
So how much money do y'all think CM Punk's Pepsi deal is worth? Y'all think it's better than the Reebok deal?

jose did his job against frankie and he's done his job for the past 7 years, he didnt hightail it to another division as soon as he won the title to take part in some sham of being marketed as a champion without the risk of losing it

Conor being able to do all of that was as a result of your boy getting slept. This is all Josie's fault.

If he would have lasted longer, he would have gotten that immediate rematch but he got rocked and put to sleep in 13 seconds.

Conor's star is as bright as it currently is because Josie coupdn't defend himself.

Gets embarrassed by Nate, then barely wins a decision that should've been a draw. Now there are still rumors of a 155lb title shot?

I understand him pushing for the lightweight title because he might not even win his first title defense, but being allowed to hold the division hostage is garbage.
 
He got a rematch with Nate because he went up two weight classes on a week's notice.

His star is bright because he put the King of 145 to sleep with one punch. You can't push something if there isn't substance to it.

I know you guys understand these things.
 
nate was the one at a disadvantage the first fight. The irish fella was already training and then didn't have to cut to 155 anymore.

Stop perpetuating the 2 weight class garbage. Two guys that should be fighting at 155 fighting at their natural weights.

Going three fights without defending. if he loses against Alvarez, he'll go into his title defense having gone 1-2 in his last three fights. Like what even is that? :lol: :smh:
 
Anyone watch the embeddeds and see how unlikeable Stipe is? Dude hangs up on people for a "prank" and laughs at his accomplishment. I have a new least favorite fighter. Hope Overeem wins tomorrow.
 
dana was creepily feeling up on jessica eye's stomach a few times at the weigh ins.
