definitely...weidman's confidence has to be on a million. other than the 1st Sonnen fight everyone else has come in timid and then gets overwhelmed by Anderson's antics. Weidman was mad poised and kept engaging, i think he has a shot at winning

I had forgotten the first round wasn't just Anderson fooling around clowning. Weidman actually took him down and controlled the round pretty well, weathered Anderson's flurries. Yeah it looked just like all of anderson's other fights except weidman was the only one to make him pay for the showboating. I also remember silva's striking looking great as usual. This is why I want him to end the fight early and remind the world he can put you to sleep with the quickness.

Weidman never looked dazed or anything or even overwhelmed. He weathered the storms and kept his cool.

With that said I give the slight edge to Anderson, but just like last fight I'm not going to write off Weidman like mostly everyone else did.

Watched the flashback show on FS1 last night, got me hyped up for the rematch.

Weidman was landing solid shots on the ground before he went for the sub.

Expecting Anderson to come out showboating again and catch Weidman to avenge his loss.

Anderson via decapitation Saturday night. It ends no other way. Heading out to bdubs with some friends, it's gonna be hectic there as usual, especially during a Anderson fight.

Anderson is 38 and has been fighting for a loooooooooong time. No way would another loss ruin his legacy IMO. Weidman is the future at MW whether he beats Anderson again or not.

To me it wouldn't. Like above said he's 38 and defended that title for waaay too long. Now if he keeps fighting after and keeps getting smoked then maybe yeah.
