My head says Aldo's going to win, heart would lean Conor. McGregor definitely has the psychological advantage. He's been playing mind games from the start and has successfully infiltrated Aldo's mental state, I had never seen Jose so overly emotional prior to the first camp.
Aldo an win an "easy" decision if he uses his offensive wrestling the entire fight. Conor has no answer with his virtually nonexistent takedown defense and limited grappling ability. But Brasilian pride will make Jose stand and trade. I think the key in the stand-up is who takes a back step first. Like Weidman and Pettis, McGregor's striking effectiveness becomes limited off the back foot. I'm not saying Conor can't counter, but Jose would be wise to pressure fight Conor and press him against the cage. Control range, distance, where the fight takes place. Let's keep in mind Diamond worked in numerous solid leg kicks on McGregor in the short first round we saw at 178.
Weidman and Rockhold are very close in terms of skill and being well-rounded MWs. I think the ultimate difference is Weidman has a better chin and also better wrestling ability. Weidman is supposedly a jiu-jitsu prodigy according to Serra, but I'd probably give Rockhold the slight grappling advantage. I also think Luke's kicks come with more variety and athleticism. Whether he catches Weidman with a head kick is another story. The stand-up and grappling are very close.
I'm giving Romero slim to no chance against Jacare. There's maybe one grappler in the UFC I take over Jacare, and that's Maia. He's going to give Romero his first submission loss. Jacare hits an arm-triangle choke in R2.

FN80 is Aljo's last fight under contract with UFC. Aljo got next at the 135 belt, but not before my dude "No Love." Cody's boxing & stand-up are just way better and more advanced at this point. Plus Garbrandt has wrestling, although Aljo is the far better grappler.

What Aldo and Conor actually work on in training is not recorded for obvious reasons
What I believe will dictate the fight is pace/ring control
Both fighters will come forward, let's see who steps back first, both fighters are stubborn in this sense. Potential fireworks in the opening exchanges.

Only way Conor wins is by knockout. Aldo is too technical, no way he doesn't win a decision.

I got Aldo by decision. But it'll be close. Probably close enough that they give McGregor an easy fight after, then schedule the rematch for 200.
