No worries man. I wouldn't wish food poisoning on my worst enemy. I dropped 11 pounds my first 3 days. 

Can't eat anything. Constant headaches because dehydration, can't even keep water down. You go to bed and wake up with **** in ya boxers because you cant control your bowel movements.
