Alright, it has been a LONG four days. Work trip ran long and I basically drove straight from Delaware to Foxwoods. Worth it, though.

Show was amazing. My cousin and I related it to seeing your favorite band/artist that could sell out arenas in a local club. There wasn't a bad seat in the house and you could walk up to the cage freely in between fights.

I could write 2000 words here, but I'll just link our blog post about the event later, but the major takeaways were:

-Foxwoods was Bridgewater South. The place was LOUD for Joe and rightfully so. Would have liked to see him get a clean finish, but any sort of W was fine with me.

-Reem is done. The chin is gone. His style was intriguing, looking like a hulked out Jon Jones with the kicks and knees, but he clearly can't take a punch anymore.

-Jacare, man... What is there to say. He is a monster. I was over the railing watching his walk-in, so damn cool. Post-fight I rushed down to the cage and he gave his shirt and hat to a dude speaking Portuegese in front of me. Was heated , but still very cool to be that close to, IMO, the #1 contender at 185.

My pics were all pretty crappy, I'm still running a struggle iPhone 4 over here, I'll be grabbing the 6 in a few weeks though, ha!

at the WWF Bonnar v Tito staredown/fake fight in the cage. Coker, you better than that bro. Or maybe you aren't

thinking back to the Scrap Pack's run-ins in Strikeforce

In the UFC at 185, I got a strong feeling they gonna screw Souza. There are a lot of names right now: Rockhold vs. Bisping, Anderson vs. Diaz and wildcard Romero vs. Kennedy

They going to make Souza take another fight just watch

Yea dana made it clear that jacare will have to fight again before he can get a title shot. I frankly dont see any ither middleweight other than weidman that cant beat him right now so it shouldn't be a problem

I'm hoping this this season of TUF will be good, I wanna see how women's straw weight division will turn out. I think they may have better competition than women's 135.

I think Bendo has been considering 170 lbs for a while now. Before he lost to Pettis and GSP took his sabbatical, he wanted to move up to 170 lbs to have a super fight against him but UFC was never interested in it. 

Jacare said that he's gonna train for a Dec fight against Weidman just in case Belfort doesn't make it. I actually think its smart. A lot of people aren't expecting Belfort to make the fight.

Regarding this new season of TUF; which I won't be watching; why didn't UFC do the same thing with the women's 135 lb division instead of just naming Rousey champion? It probably would've gotten good ratings or they could've at least had a mini tournament like they did with the 125 lb men's division.

I get the feeling Dana is sitting on Featherweight until the McGregor/Poirier fight.
