Semantics.

All of the verbiage from Dana was that Conor was going to defend at 145 after the Nate fight.

when has a newly crowned champ ever been offered an immediate title shot at another division?  i dont blame conor for this, i blame dana white, he's responsible for this farce

twood just decimated robbie, where's his title shot at bisping? oh thats right, everyone else has to play the title game fairly

if they didnt strip it after the 2nd fight was announced, i doubt theyll strip him after another fight, or another......

It's absolutely a sham.

Even when you go back and look at his road to a title shot.

Having ONE legitimate Top 5 win at FW (Mendes was short notice. He did absolutely starch Jose though). Gets the belt. Never defends.

In no way, shape or form did that warrant a fight with RDA in the first place. Now he's 1-1 in his last 2 fights and potentially getting a shot at another belt at another division without ever defending.

But it's been said ad nauseum.

And like you said, Dana is fully to blame for this **** ****. But it is what it is.

Cowboy would be a perfect match-up for Nick. If he's anywhere close to where he used to be he should give Cerrone the business.

Perfect way to reintroduce Nick on a huge card, sounds like a great idea for him, not so much for Cerrone
