The MMA Thread: DON'T ASK 4 STREAMS & NO GIFS- UFC 300 ON NOW

No i meant why are you picking him to win after he got wrecked last time?
Oh my mistake, I too have the same question. I slightly favor Dillashaw, not saying it was a fluke win for TJ, I just don't believe it'll be another beat down. I just can't bring myself to believe it's possible.

BTW, I'm looking forward to Brandon Thatch...

DC is becoming Jones' version of Silva/Sonnen.

Speaking of Chael P. the NSAC is trying to block him from participating at Metamoris 4 and are threatening to fine him $250k for each drug test or banned substance (depending on reports) he failed if he fights. So he could face a fine up to $1.25M.

Jones is lucky he didn't get punched in the face (should've got punched for wearing sunglasses in the first place).
We obviously don't know everything, but I wouldn't let someone put their head to my head.

Why Barao so soon after the treatment he received last time??
Pride, heart of a champion. No disputing Barao took a beating the first go-around. As a TAM supporter, I'm more inclined to root Dillashaw. Not calling the first fight a fluke, but I believe in Renan Barao's ability to adapt. You don't go 33 fights unbeaten without creativity and a good chin. Plus he's iron-tested. Really fought and cleared out the best at 135 while Cruz was shelved. I mean, from Cariaso to T.J., there were no easy or free fights. I'm the last person to show love to Barao and Aldo's camp, but I admire his willingness to take-on anybody and everybody. Only the best in the division. Barao should be properly motivated after the Team Alpha Male joke signing him up for Muay Thai lessons. Nova Uniao better work out a strategy for Dillashaw's feint punch followed by a kick from the same side. Similar to what Cowboy landed on Miller. Never felt Renan recovered from Dillashaw's monster opening round. That being said, Barao 48-47 decision.

Yooooooooooooooo.....Jones on some goon **** :wow:

Imagine having to be the neutral guys breaking them up?? :x

If they wanted to they could probably kill everyone in the room :smh:

Bones should be thankful Gus bowed out to injury. Swedish nightmares. I'm not seeing the same focus and humility Jon Jones exhibited leading up to UFC 172 with Glover.

It happens a lot: TONS of prefight antics that lead to a dud of fight. Let's hope they bring that same animosity on fight day

holy ****! i thought it was going to another over exaggerated push fest but jones landed some clean shots haha.

where was the homie cain to bash jones over the head with the heavyweight belt????

If Diamond isn't afraid and didn't back down against Brandao, I doubt KoD will rouse Poirier.
