thank god that was over, cain was going to literally be carried out if that went 5 rounds look like an amateur out there 
 
was hoping for a KO from werdum but ill take it

every time cain tried to turn up the pace, werdum was able to keep himself composed and continue to fight at his pace

these take downs were obviously cain gassed, mental mistakes

hes lucky he wasnt subbed the first time

Cain looked like ****. Hard to tell after this fight if it was the altitude, the layoff, or just Werdum being a better fighter.
 
Dammit man, I should have chosen Werdum SMH. Could have won so much. Great fight though. Cain looked like Junior Dos Santos though.

hated seeing cain like this, i hope he gets back to form but he looked washed. the long layoff, those injuries, the altitude 
 
Cain was gassed in the first minute of the fight. You could tell the magnitude of the stage, altitude and possibly rust got to him.

Naw, RJA is a prospect of Curson who's tied to the Morinovich's, so no surprise there. Werdum was more active than Cain the past 2 years, and both were affected by the altitude. Werdum was the better man. Secret sauce isn't gonna teach you technique

Also believe it has some to do with his strength n conditioning program he's doing now. He was doing heavy lifting and that is detrimental to his style. Couple that with the altitude and layoff and cardio Cain turns into can't catch my breath cain
