Connor had a MCL tear? Wow. He was throwing kicks and his movement looked good yesterday.

Just watched the Lawler/McDonald and Mendes/McGregor fights.

Lawler/McDonald was visceral and violent. A great fight. I had Rory winning the 1st and fourth. Robbie winning the second. I'm leaning toward Robbie in the third but the way Rory came alive and started to tee off on Robbie after the head kick the last minute makes it tough to call. Rory was versatile in his striking and tried to use his reach to his advantage. Robbie has some great crisp boxing. Wish he would've thrown more kicks. I don't want to see Hendricks/Lawler 3.

Mendes/McGregor was interesting. Connor was crisp with his jabs and used some good body kicks to soften up Chad up. His TDD was okay but his ground game needs work.

Connor is Getting GNP and looks up at Herb like, "Are ye going tah stand us up?" If anyone thinks that fight was fixed, just quit.

Fertitta said they were probably gonna do Aldo v McGregor on Jan 2nd in Vegas but could do it in December if a lot of things worked out.

And that's why chad was so happy after he lost. I knew he was going to make some good money.

Will be interesting to see if Conor starts talking crap about Frankie. I am equally as happy with Frankie or Aldo next.

 at people still saying it was fixed

do think the ufc ever gives fighters an idea of what kind of fight they want to see...like incorporate more stand-up & try to keep it off the ground more?

cause the big name backs off the card last minute, ufc is up in arms, then they have arguably the best ppv in a long time...with tons of stand-up

Did Conor not get taken down multiple times? Did Chad not lay on him for extended periods?

I don't understand where you're going with this.

There's already incentives in place to reward the fighters for exciting fights: knockout of the night fight of the night, performance of the night, etc.
