The one point Bones has is imploring more 205'ers to fight top-10 guys. Glover fought Rampage, Te Huna, and Bader to get a title shot. Not exactly death row. Look at DC's resume, not entirely flattering although he's been dominant in controlling fights.

Can't figure out why they didn't do Bendo v Khabib. Instead Khabib is probably gonna get the winner of Cerrone/Miller.

I doubt they wanted to kill off Khabib as a possible new contender. Having him lose to Bendo wouldn't be a good look for the division.

In other news, Viacom is trying to remove Bjorn Rebney as CEO of Bellator and replace him with Scott Coker. This would be a good move for Bellator cause Coker knows what he's doing. While in charge of Strikeforce he was able to make them number 2 behind UFC. With Viacom's money he should be able to turn Bellator around and maybe even compete with UFC in the future.

I think we all want that, but these kind of moves usually lean towards the promotional side of things rather than the competitive. They could still fight though, Pettis isn't back until late December. Who knows how quickly he would turn around after that.

I'm actually excited for the Miller/Cowboy fight. If I can get time off from work I'll drive down to AC and watch. I just hope the event isn't moved out of AC with all of this news I saw today about Revel Casino & Hotel filing for bankruptcy for the 2nd time in 2 years and talking about closing down this summer if they can't find a buyer real soon.

Missed the event. I work news in the mornings, sports at nights. Scheduling becomes a conflict.
