Man when Jones was fighting Gus he legit had the Drago "he's not human, he's like a piece of iron" face on all fight and now he just watched Rumble absolutely flatten Gus in a matter of 148 seconds.

I'm bitter about this fight, wanted Gus to win only for a Jones rematch. I think Gus just did not anticipate that punch just throwing a warm up kick. If they ever rematch, I'm sure Gus will use more distance and win. Jones will still beat Rumble IMO if he can use his reach. I'm still not on that Rumble power punch hype train.

He's also only been KO'd once in 42 career fights prior to tonight. He's shown freaky resiliency throughout his career and as recently as Shogun vs Hendo II where he was definitely hurt and then absolutely flattened Rua coming out of a clinch for a comeback TKO victory. Never count Hendo out.


I predicted Dreamcatcher via KO, but not like this.

Rumble v Jones should be a good fight. Jones has shown that he has a good chin but idk if many men can take shots like that from Rumble.

Hopefully we get to see DC v Gus next.

I was impressed. He ate all those missile punches and wasn't completely unconscious. Ref stopped the fight and he stood up seconds later.

Just got home and watched my recording.

Well Damb :x Gus got completely washed

the best part was Gus trying to sneak a fast one after the reset like Jones. Rumble wasn't having any of that.  Felt bad for Gus those shots and lost could be career downturns. PianfuI to watch his head snap back when Rumble was pounding him on the ground. Rumble, no one man should have all that power.
