I meant performance wise you cant really compare them. The 8s feel like nothing else imo

Again, I agree.  But in your first post you asked how do these compare to the Kobe 8, with no indication of whether you meant for casual use or performance.

That's why I listed their differences performance wise
 
They really should have dropped these venomenons earlier if they wanted to sell. No way I am buying them right now with all the HEAT that has or is coming out. Good shoe tho bad timing.

The Kobe 9 feels really similar to the 8 as far as the cushion goes.  Same insole and zoom tech I guess.  The venomenons didn't feel anything like the 8s to me also.  Just get the 8.  Still available in some sizes at Ubiqlife.com I think in the mine grey color.  I ordered from them and they didn't charge tax or shipping.
 
Played in these last night.

They feel great. Extremely light, good cushioning. I loved em.
 
YOTH can be had with the 20% Eastbay discount. Considering these but I don't know if I'll ever pick up a pair unless it on the cheap cheap.
 
I like them but I agree they are hard to cop knowing that they most likely gonna end up at the outlets
 
Still interested in seeing that Kung Fu colorway.  Foot Locker in Australia has it listed in their release calendar, but haven't seen it in US.
 
I believe the ones above are being released   on   the 1st. Check footlockers launch calendar, im pretty sure those are the ones.
 
Poor Venomenons. They waited and finally came to the US and look at what happened. They should have stop production on the 8's and release these a lot earlier if they wanted them to sell but glad they didn't. Still like the shoe but just haven't bought any yet.
 
Yea man same here. I actuslly want the ones thst came out today but I know I can get em at a cheap price. Hard to compete with the 9 elites right now.

I hear that.  Got two pairs right now, I wear them casually very comfortable imo.  Love the 8's but I can't wear them when it's raining.  These are a little more durable.

Not me. For some strange reason I'm feeling the Hyper Revs over these Venomenons. Same price point too. If anything I might pick up the YOTH down the line.
 
Yea there is something off on these. They don't look nearly as good in person as some of these pics have shown. If these were 80 dollars retail would probably cop.
 
I was so hyped with these Venomenons and it's a pretty solid shoe construction-wise and some good colorways have come out.  But the bottom line for me is that there have been other models I'd rather spend my money on...
 
Maybe that Joker colorway I might cop those or the YOTH. But we will see. I just have a feeling we all might regret not coppin atleast one pair before they are gone. They are plentiful tho.

You can use the 20% coupon on them on Eastbay, but I think these will drop in price even further.  

The only colorway that as hyped was the GITD colorway.  I think people realized when all the other CWs were a GR, they became disinterested.  
 
Tried on a pair for the first time today. They are comfortable. The materials aren't as hard as the 8's. Def going to cop one soon.

what do you mean by "the materials aren't as hard as the 8's"? I thought this shoe was suppose to be a more beefed up version of the 8 as it was designed for outdoor use?
