hip-hop will be my first love till the day i die. yet and still, i would never make such a blanket statement like that about the genre.
music PERIOD, is a great art no matter what the form its delivered.

They are merely my opinions. I do not parade them as fact but at the same time I dont think I should have to water them down for the sake of being politically or "taken seriously" I honestly think its the best genre of music, everyone has their preferences and their favourites. Every form of music has their moments yes, but when it comes to consistent delivery of quality, rap is at the top and its not close to me.

Well I cant control how old I am, so I dont think thats really valid. I've been listening to music for almost twenty years now, and thats all I have to go off. I dont think its fair to say that I cant form my own opinion of something because not enough time has passed.

I can't knock anybody for their opinion, everybody has a favorite album that others would disagree with but BP1 is not the greatest rap album, maybe in the top 100 but certainly not number 1..
