I'm a 9,5 in Nikes, and I have a pair of Zenith in a 10, wich are fine. I would definitely not size down on these.

Thanks man. Any idea on sizing ? I'm a 13 in Asics GLIII, TS is usually 12.5 . Also, think any US retailers will have them ?

Thanks for the heads up Gry. I totally forgot about those R800. Wish the shipping wasn't so expensive (29 euros), so I decided to cop both CW's to make it worth it. 

My TTs is 12.5, so I got the 46. I hope that's the correct size.

No problem. I'm waiting for my pair of r800 so I can't tell you anything regarding the sizing on that particular model; however, staying TTS has worked just fine so far.

Wassup guys quick sizing question on the R1000 model particularly the HAL black swan, is it safe too half size up? Do they have similar fit to Asics gl3?

I don't own them, but most of the sizing opinions about them said TTS and some said half size down.  NOBODY said half size up.

To me, they fit larger than the GL3. They don't make a US 9.5 in them, so I had to go with a US 10 and they fit slightly larger. Not sure if a US 9 would've worked better or been too tight. Guess I'd have to try with a cheaper GR. The HAL in size 10 fit bigger than my GR in the same size.
