Bernard King comes to mind. Before he had the knee surgeries, dude was a flat out beast. Elite scorer in every sense of the word.

Koopa: His ceiling from watching him at OU was to be one of the best safeties in the 2000 era. He had a very good career, but not great or elite. He's not in the breath of Weapon X or Polamalu.
