anybody know a good type of paint to use on the upper of these? and if anybody sees or has the all stars in a sz 9 for under 100 let me know lol
 
I wouldn't paint the upper with how easily it creases, paint gonna chip like a mutha. Unless you're doing it on the Mesh pair? That might adhere better.
 
I wanna paint the midsole on my air raids but im scared its gonna look like **** lol

Those of you who live in city with a flagship store (performance): they're currently running an end-of-season sale. The white Crazy 1 and the All-Star Crazy 8 were 1/2 off.

I don't care how they perform. That's not the point. Personally I think MOST "performance" things are complete ******** gimmicks. Most of the time it's more of a mind thing than anything with new "tech". But my point was imo, nike has only given kobe ONE good looking shoe! (zoom kobe 1). that's it. not counting huaraches. I guess his style has changed along with the masses, but man his sigs have been seriously lacking in the looks department for years and years 
 
I think a lot of the kobe sigs have been great ! You can def throw away the threes out the bunch but they all are pretty nice. I just love these crazy 1's because this is what he was wearing when I was young but old enough to understand the game. These got a special spot out of his other sigs. I wouldn't say that his other sigs are terrible though.
 
Just picked up my pair for $62.50 at the Adidas ES store

. They got a shipment in today for the white ones mostly larger sizes. Most sizes of the sunshine, all-stars and they just received the ice blues but they were still in the back waiting to be put on the floor. No luck on the mesh pair but happy i got the white pair.

yea read on here the othet day adidas was havin a crazy sale (no pun intended) but the nearest non outlet adidas store is all the way in philly..anyone know how long the sale is and if the outlets are doin 50% off too coz ive had my eye on the 97's and theyd come out to like $35 if on sale

The V's, VI's, and VIII's would beg to differ. Hell, I'd probably throw the IV's in there too. None of those look like toasters, aka the Adidas Kobe II.

Kobe 2 ftw! I agree I would wear those over the kobe 9 elites...

The kobe 9 em on the other hand is straight fire
