The Coca Cola commercial during the super bowl was BS...It got me pissed off.  It has nothing to do with race, and everything to do with speaking English.  Whether people like it or not...we speak English in America.  Can you show me a single PUBLIC school that is taught in a language other than English?  -- No....didn't think so.

In addition...the official international language of business is ENGLISH.  It is literally pointless for us to learn another language...let alone have this crap shoved down our throats.

I used to love Coca Cola but now I am boycotting that piece of crap company...

I agree it's important for everyone here to know English

But it's shortsighted and ridiculous to say it's pointless to be multilingual

I didn't realize business was the only field...

Yeah there's no benefit to knowing Spanish in Cali, Texas, Florida etc

I use Spanish almost every day at work

So you are enabling people who come to our country without learning our language...

They choose to come here, we didn't choose for them to come here...yet you are supposed to do more work to learn their language simply because THEY made the CHOICE to come here?  Why wouldn't the person making the choice be expected to do the work it required to be able to get by in their new country?

Ridiculous.
