Agreed. Glasses without lenses look stupid, people trying way too hard to look modern and sophisticated by wearing glasses when they don't need them.

i meant someone who is a huge bball fan, not just some casual fan. bottom line is if you buy basketball shoes you should be playing basketball in them
bball shoes are some of the most overpriced shoes ever and they dont look better than your average running shoe so unless you're trying to fit in theres no reason to get them if you dont play ball

They aren't meant to be worn as basketball shoes anymore. You could, but you could also ball in chuck Taylors if you wanted. The newer models (Kobe's , bron, KD's) are ball shoes meant to be played in.

I hate it when people make it seem like shoes give people superpowers on the court. People use performance reasons to justify their insane addiction to purchasing a whole bunch of shoes. I had a pair of Kobe 4's that lasted until last year, and they only broke down because I was stupid and playing football in them.
