Dominos >

Not counting the local pizza spots in your neighborhood, just chains.

Dominos not messing with hut
I'll take Dominos over pizza mud butt hut any day, all day.
So you guys are going into higher end steakhouses and ordering filet mignon and NY strip well done? You are paying so it is your choice but you probably don't want to hear what they're saying about you out back
Caring about what ([])s say behind your back cuz they can't say it to your face is LAME. It just makes you an insecure lame.
If you are a party of grown men, you shouldn't be getting 6 separate checks.
Separate checks is always the way to go. All the time. It's not even 6 separate checks. It's who's tipping and who is not tipping.
If you can't afford to tip, you shouldn't go out to eat with a group. Whether you "believe" in tipping or not, the rest of the group probably does and they have to pay for your share.
Eh, to me whether you can afford it or not is irrelevant.

Never tip. Not even in the face of Armageddon.

ALWAYS tip. ALWAYS.
Unless the service was horrible.
Otherwise the question should be how much? Not, should I?

If you cant afford one or two or even five dollars for a tip, then you are losing at life.

Yeah, it depends on the service, but at minimum, tipping is always 10%. These ******* be slacking off tho and it pisses me off sometimes. I'm with a group of friends, they're eating, I'm not so I just order a shot of Henessy. Took the tramp like 10 minutes to get it to me.

Again it's not about affording it for me but hell even I'm poor and can only afford the food ppl shouldn't be shunned for that either.

There is no reasonable, nay logical explanation for anyone should be compelled to tip a waiter for doing their job which entails taking and order and getting it right, refilling drinks, checking on customers in a timely manner, and bringing your food to you. Cuz really I could and would do that if it's that big of a problem.

If there is a good reason you should tip in those situations then that means there's an equal and even more important responsibility to tip ppl in other professions when it entails carrying out tasks for others be it for convenience or crucial.

You shouldn't get extra money for doing your job. DO YOUR JOB. You don't like your pay? Get a better paying job. Can't? Start a damn union and demand better wages? Don't want to do that either? Suffer.

Wait a minute, so you don't tip, go to steak houses and order steaks well done and put ketchup on it?

You're what's wrong with America

As far as rappers losing their skills discussion I think both sides are valid.

I was listening to some of Wayne's older material (D2 era), and if he was to release some of those tracks today I wouldn't **** with them. I'd still think Wayne is washed, even though I did enjoy that music back in the day.

On the other hand, dude that brought up the Wiz example, spot on. There is a clear drop in quality there imo.

You don't have to care, which is why I said it is "your choice" but that wasn't the point anyway. Do you expect the chef to come out and say you disrespected his abilities by ordering his signature dish like a 6th grader does his school lunch salisbury steak. No, they'll try to cater to you so their waiter/waitress can get a decent tip...but that's not coming either. 12 separate checks too please!

The system is screwed up, but food costs are high and mom and pop diners get by on the slimmest of margins. They keep your food affordable by paying the waitress so little, with the expectation that people will tip 15% on average. Would you rather pay $20 plus your unwritten but expected share of a $4 tip, or have it be a wholly fair system and pay $40?

Telling waiters and waitresses to go find a better job or start a union is easier said than done. If people have such an issue with the system, why do they want to punish those making less than minimum wage instead of the chains that bring in millions? If you're so strongly against the system, why not boycott it? No, we would rather write up essays justifying being cheap and place blame on the little guys.

You talk about lame, but you would really go on a company dinner with your coworkers and boss and ask for separate checks so you can skip leaving a tip? This is no different than inviting your friends over to watch the game and you have them save the plastic forks to be washed, its 110 degrees but you won't turn on the A.C., and you decided against high definition because the cable company was trying to get an extra ten bucks. You have the right to justify all these things, but no-one around you will enjoy themselves.

We live in a society where we will spend $300 on shoes or headphones that cost little to make, but can't drop 2 bucks on a dinner tab because of our principles.

I just skip the antidope dudes comments at this point. ....No use, pointless

Always tip, unless you were treated like utter crap by the server. Always tip

Rappers do lose it after a while. The great ones adapt. This actually can be applied to all types of music

Versace may have the most recognizable logo in the higher-end fashion industry.

For the lower end the Polo horseman.

You are right. People SHOULD do their jobs.
But we could go on and on about the things people are SUPPOSED to do in this day in age.

The fact is sometimes you get terrible service and sometimes you get great service. And thats just what it is.
Knowing that, and the fact that these people work basically for tips, if someone gives me good service, I will happily leave a tip.
If I get horrible service then I wont leave one.

Also having worked a alot of restaurants in my younger days, I know one very important fact.
People remember how well or how badly you tip. And their service reflects that the next time you come in for a meal.
And let me tell you, some of the things I have seen done to customer's food, I would never want done to mine.
Like it or not, that is just reality.

Sure, you could go with the, I dont HAVE to do it, so I wont do it mindset. But if its not going to hurt you and if it will help someone else out,
then why not do it? Especially if they had good service.

Plus the MAIN reason I do it, is because I treat people how I want to be treated. I would want a tip so I give one. Simple as that.

P.S.- Remind me NEVER to go out to eat with you. I dont like spit and other foreign objects in my food. :x

Catfish is horrible!!

All of these Army games were made to convince you that there is fun in war. I swear there weren't as many until after the attacks.

NERD is the most underrated group ever!!

Jordan purposely throws shots at Lebron and boost Kobe because he knows, no matter what Kobe accomplishes until his career is over, he will never be considered GOAT by the masses over him. The door is still open for Lebron, but MJ knows people will hang on his every word, so he throw shots at Lebron whenever he's asked.

Batman Begins was not that good.

I don't think any sneaker, no matter how rare, should be worth more than a pair of DS OG Air Jordan 1s. Hell, I really want to say any DS OG Jordan from 1-13. Maybe the Air Mags.

Canada>America in terms of overall country quality. Canada is really Super America

Da ****?

Would you guys say Jay is slipping because he's rapping what he knows? i.e. current lifestyle?

I think his skills are just diminishing.

He's a shell of his former self.

This is exactly how I feel, partnered by this next quote

Jay right now = jordan playing another 3 yrs for the wizards, jay just dont want to hang it up, its hurting his legacy

And I'm a wizards fan. Hometown team. We were so happy and proud to have MJ, but you know it wasn't the same MJ.

Thats how Jay is. I honestly feel like dude gets worse with each album. I get excited to listen to his new **** because I know how huge of a fan I was growing up, but it only holds my attention for so long.

MCHG was cool, but it was forgettable. Same for WTT, same for BP3. etc.

His golden era was RD through BP1 and American Gangster gave you that glimpse of what last magic the dude had left before just giving up.

Dude is living off fumes of his former self. And using his brand to force his position as hip hops GOAT on everyone still.

Over the years, I've grown to respect Nas more and more

That Scumbag Mike comment on Lebron is spot on but damn if I don't get tired of Bron flopping and crying...
Still one my favorite players though...

My man Antidope is going to be one of the next generation of polarizing NTers

Son came through and had y'all jimmies so rustled that the thread literally said "**** whatever we were talking about before" and went on an Anti-Jay tirade and debate on rappers falling off :pimp:

That said, I agree that Ether was overrated as hell, and that Takeover was the superior diss content-wise.

I also still want to make your shoulders meet for slandering R&B.

The fact that they don't regularly make all white High Forces is a crime. That would **** all over both of those.
