I'm not buying **** without seeing it first. seems like they're playing too much on hype, that they can just release whatever without some sort of advertising and it'll blow. that graduation arrogance.

looks like I might have answered my own question.

SIGN UP

·        Download and install the app, registering with name, email, and zip code.

·        Enable push notifications and location services on device.

RESERVE

·        Receive push notification that will communicate when reservations are available in designated geographical zones.

·        Reserve a pair of shoes by selecting size and confirming selection.

PICK UP

·        Find out where and when to pick shoes up for purchase.

·        Arrive at designated retail location during their designated window of time.

·        Present app’s reservation confirmation to a store associate and complete purchase.

unless of course, you get the notification and successfully reserve a pair that has to be picked up that day. They did say designated time window. 

I hope they do this. Gives the real New Yorkers their chance instead of outside states trying to reserve pairs they can't physically pick up themselves. I'm sure they'll release globally, but in the mean time I am glad its NYC only.

will be tough to find a VPN server thats located in manhattan... alot of "new york" VPN's are located just outside the actual city limits.
 
So odds on anything actually happening during ASG week? I know the idea sounds crazy, but I can dream right?

yes, theres always a loophole. But I'm glad and hoping Adidas makes a work around to stopping these loop holes where people located in a far away state cannot reserve a pair that they can't physically pick up themselves. Just like how the whole RSVP system worked where people from ATL and LA were reserving pairs for Niketown NY that they weren't picking up.

need to start payin for a VPN service. FBI cracking down on piracy looks like. At least there is an image making its way around FB that the FBI took over the pirate bays old IP address and are logging IP address of its visitors.
