No, they are not all locked up. Just like with Steph Curry, Nike has and will drop the ball.
So what "notable" player can endorse them? Plus I don't think that would happen or help, Kanye is the bigger influencer in any situation. Lebron didn't help with hype on the Y2s but had Kanye worn Lebrons shoes then they would have sold alot better. Look at what he did do the flyknit trainers and Independence day 90s. I would actually look forward to a basketball shoe, I just don't like these creative recreation looking *****.

I don't know why, but it seems that many of you guys simply like to argue on this site. Nothing said in my original post was controversial, as it was simply a comment.

That said, sneaker contracts end, and if someone comes along that has game, then is visible and high profile, Adidas can get him and then have him wear a hoops shoe designed by Kanye West, which could make a bit of noise in the industry.

It isn't as hard to imagine as you make it out to be.

Kanye & Adidas should have did reservations in every city that we're going to have them make this a lot easier every pacsun I've spoke too said that they will drop a list stating which stores would have stock but it's still going to be tough because most pacsuns haven't had to deal with anything like this it's going to be a wild week

Some cats in here are not bright. When it comes to notables wearing sneakers its about who pays the most. Not who makes the dopest shoe. Adidas dropped the ball with lebron when they promised him 100 mill. And the contract was only 70 when he was ready to sign. Nike offered 90 so goodbye lebron. If kanye made a hoop shoe and adidas wanted notables wearing it they would have to shell out millions upon millions to make that happen.

To everyone in Germany:

Solebox in Berlin will have them

http://blog.solebox.de/2015/06/17/adidas-x-kanye-west-yeezy-boost-350/

Unfortunately too far away for me.

Seems like my only chance will be online until other stores in Germany announce something. Which means no chance to get them

 its an open forum which is full of individuals with opinions, I don't understand why people make a statement then get bothered when someone doesn't agree. I'm not saying it's impossible, I just don't see it happening, Nike is usually on the forefront with snatching up big names.

I have no problem with anyone disagreeing with me, the issue is when someone makes more of a situation than it really should be. It sounds as if you do not want this to happen, especially with your last comment on Nike supposedly snatching up big names. Don't worry, I am sure that your favorite company will be okay if someone does sign with Adidas, then wearing a Kanye West shoe, if they are ever made.

I can only imagine him designing a model for D.Rose or Wall at the nearer future or be involved in the process of creating a shoe for them.

But right now he focuses on his own line. And has to finally drop his album

I think it's too early for him to drop a basketball shoe under his own line, but I can see it happen in the future. Why shouldn't he/adidas be able to have a well known player to wear them? When their NBA apparel contract ends, adidas will focus on player endorsements. Why not involve Kanye West at some point of this process?

Players like Wiggins could wear his shoes in the future.

Y3 did a good remix on the Rose Boost, but Rose never wore them in game, which I thought was a mistake.

The hype on D Rose seems to be done now though. People still like him, but he can't stay healthy enough to draw constant praise. Lillard is notable, and he could pull it off.

Got a friend that works at PacSun and handles stock for his respective store. Said he'll update me with info when he goes in tomorrow about availability in my surrounding area (NVA). Hoping for the best.

I'm in Arlington so keep me posted too homie

I said I WANT to see a basketball shoe by him because I don't like his current designs at all... but if Adidas can secure a big name, then bravo Adidas. Just don't lose em like Kobe.

You want to see one, yet you have gone out of your way to disagree with my wondering aloud about what might happen if Adidas were to sign and have someone wear them.

Sounds reasonable.

I think a more apt comparison would be to use LeBron James, not Kobe Bryant. Losing Kobe didn't hurt Adidas at all. Adidas did lose LBJ to Nike, in which they have never recovered. LeBron makes far more money for Nike than Kobe ever will, then has a better rep both on and of court, and is widely considered the better player by everyone who truly matters.

If LeBron were with Adidas, and now with Kanye in the fold, it may have been a wrap. But hey, it didn't work out that way.

Can we end this debate already.

If you GR Kanye's line...no one will want it.  They'll never surpass Jordan/Nike in any way shape or form.

They massively GRd Pharrels line and now they're clearance'd.

If you do an inline GR with these boosts, they'll loose their appeal.

90% of people arguing are only in it for the resell/recognition of having a high priced shoe.

5% are curious.

3% are Ye Stans

2% actually like them.
