ADIDAS x YEEZY COLLAB OFFICIAL THREAD *2016 thread link 1st page*

Have multiple charges, was told one went through and got an order number. Still no email and am told that in the next few days they will figure out the processing orders.

What are my chances?
 
So I called Adidas and got an amazing rep. She explained everything really well. So i guess when an order is placed it goes through 3 steps. First step is financial confirmation/authorization with the credit card company. She didnt tell me the other 2 but she said 90% of the orders placed are stuck on that step right now. She said their servers did crash yesterday and she thinks thats why there is such a delay in everything. Also, I had 9 different charges and she said those were just marked as duplicates and are all being cancelled and the money will be cleared back to me soon. She said to call back tomorrow and they would be able to assure me of whether or not my order woild ship or not.

So hard to speak to a good rep. What do you think the chances are? Really hoping
 
I must be the only one who was straight up told you're not getting a pair even though you were charged. Typical.
 
Sneakercon in LA happening at the same time as this release jacked up prices since yesterday afternoon here. I'm moving on, this is ******ed.

No reseller with these are being civil. $1k-1500 madness.

there is a good chance, they tweeted Sold Out but people were still able to get orders in or place "charges", half of those orders will probably be fulfilled due to a glitch in their system with inventory and people over ordering or getting cancellations. Some of you other half, I pray for ya. Just don't get your hopes up if a rep said they received your order (after the sold out tweet). Never be 100% sure until you get the shoes in hand.

Are you talking about the sold out tweet after those who ordered from that "special email" link, or a previous sold out tweet?
 
Think its just referring to people with charges and an order number but no email or anything. The checkout process was really glitchy.
 
Adidas rep told me after payment was sent the site crashed so that's why no confirmation. Once they get it sorted out hopefully we'll start seeing some shipping confirmations and whose not getting them. Whatever happens I'll be good. Got the OG colorway UB I wanted from the jump, waited a bit and got them for $112. :pimp:

I have been thinking this. I really hope they didn't. With the system crashing and all the craziness that happened I could definitely see it happening. Hope not though

I'm talking about after the sold out tweet, people were still hitting submit and getting through but no confirmation email. AND those who hit submit but getting the Error page right after but still got pending charges on their account. 

Around the time of the special email link, I was out picking up my Confirmed pair, so I don't know what the deal is with that. But all I'm saying is don't get too excited even with a "your order should be good" message by a rep or even a confirmation number provided by the rep. Be sure once you get that shipping confirmation and the shoes in your hand.

The checkout got really glitchy like 5 minutes in after the tweet. I was refreshing the page even before the tweet and got through just fine on 2 separate orders, no lag, no error pages or anything. 
 
adidas canceled my 750 order even tho i checked out at 12:01 eastern time. no one is safe until they actually receive shipping confirmation
