If you clean you kicks just a fair warning (I clean all my kicks after I wear em)

The heel of my shoes tend to get very dirty from the carpet in my car so I always make sure to hit that with some magic eraser when I get home and I guess water somehow distorted the boost soles and bumps kinda formed I dunno how it happened it's solid doesn't feel like water is trapped or anything but I guess water don't mix with the boost.....I can see someone really messing up the whole sole trying to clean theirs since I only cleaned the heel part....it looks worse in person than it does in the picture.

EDIT: I just realized it looks like water getting under paint but permanent and the paint wouldn't come off if you touch it.
