ye wore Bottega Venettas and it can definitely be pulled off by the average joe with a nice outfit. Some people just aren't used to seeing this type of footwear or don't have the outfits or style that can pull it off. Its not rare to see those type of boots in a diverse and fashionista NYC.

100% agree. I think that the majority of people like the 350s due to their runner silhouette which is very popular among the "sneakerhead" demographic. Obviously that same affinity wouldn't cross over to a boot (esp. a duck boot) because they aren't nearly as common. I definitely think they can be pulled off well with the right style.
