Don't mean to thread de-rail, but...

Any of you guys have history with selling Yeezy's (Nike or adidas) at any of these "shows" (Sneaker Summit, Sneaker Con, etc.)

The big one in Houston is this Sunday, I've got Zen 1's, Black/Solar 2's and some Concord XI's I'd really like to sell and get at least 70-80% of what the market rate is. Does this happen realistically at these events?

They're all in at least 8.5-9/10 condition, size 8.5-9. For that that's worth.

Yeah don't waste your time bringing something that expensive. People don't buy anything at the events I went to.

Guys..need your opinions, is this a fair trade/would you take this trade:

(looking to do this at sneakercon...and basing everything off flight club prices for the resellers that are going to be there)

is it a bad idea to sell Boosts through ebay? I remember when they first dropped people said they stayed away from selling on there due to people scamming. is it worth it to take em to flight club instead?

you can set up specific requirements for buyers and block those with low feedback, unpaid items, have violated policies, etc..i sold a pair on ebay and even put something like 'i reserve the right to refund any buyer if for any reason i feel uncomfortable with the sale'' in the listing. Im sure this violates ebay policy but push come to shove i was ready to take a negative feeback rather than sell to someone i wasnt pretty sure was legit.

Theres always risk though when selling on ebay & using paypal.

I'd recommend selling them on Craigslist for cash money, consignment store, or nt classified to a reputable buyer.

Consignment>

No risk. All reward. But! Only legit like flight club.there was a shop in philly that shut down and kept the shoes.

NT is the worst. List a shoe for retail... You'll get replies like "I only have 98.xx in the my account" for a $100 listing. And they'll waste your time.

FC has the clientele and the process is all automated so it's easy

I wish that was only limited to NT. Seems like almost every time I try to sell something on FB I run into this.

That reply is by far the worst

I started to just hit people with the "you don't need to be buying these if that's the case."

Just curious, with how identical (if not better quality) on how the fakes are made, how do companies like FC even tell the difference? Doesn't seem to me there are no more guarantees unless you are purchasing from the main source itself.

If you're one of these people, kill yourself.

"i'll do xxx amount"

"if you can do xxx amount, I can pay right away"

"what's the lowest you're willing to go"

"i found this cheaper on ebay *link* (in ****** condition, undesirable size, different color, and looks shady af), why is urs so expensive?"

"I'll do xxx amount, I am PP ready I can pay immediately"

"Cheapest you'd go?"

"Are you willing to do a discount if I buy 2 items?"

"Hey I want this really bad. Could you save it for me? I really want it. I just have to get the money, but I can get easily by doing chores in my house and baby sitting. I can also sell some of my stuff for cash but it'll take some time. Btw are you interested in trades? I can do jordans x + nike x + some cash. Please let me know!!!!"

"I'll buy this tomorrow, can you take it off the website?"

"Trades?"

"Hey I realize I keep asking you this but *insert 80% off original listing price* shipped?"

" *insert 70% off original listing price* is my max"

"Take x.x.x amount of money"

"Good luck getting x.x.x amount of money. It won't sell at that price"

Some other examples :

"How do these fit?" (these people never buy)

"Hey I'm a size *enter shoe size* will these fit me. I heard they tend to run big" (these people never buy)

"Can I get the insole, outsole, height, lace, tongue, width, and heel measurement?" (these people never buy)

those people would get their life treated via a message

Why people are scared to sell to people with 0 to low feedback? I've sold items to a handful of them and have had no issues.
