I always prefer paying with PayPal over paying direct with my credit/debit card. The reason is if a site is crashing and I get my order through I know I'll never get cancelled because of the payment not going through, declined, or reversed because the bank thinks all the attempts to checkout is fraud.

Nothing worse than getting through only to have your bank call, text, or email you that they blocked your card and declined all purchase attempts.

Isn't the magic eraser just a really fine type of sandpaper?

With the way the paint comes off the sole from normal wear. I would stay clear from the magic eraser.

It's pretty simple.

There's a plethora of shoe cleaning companies that sell supplies / cleaners.

Reshoeven8er
Jason Mark
Air Legends.
Etc..

Either buy the cleaner or use a little detergent with water.

Buy a premium brush (so you don't destroy the prime knit).

Buy a regular brush for the midsole/sole or a toothbrush would be just fine.

And the rest is pretty much common sense.

No, a mr. Clean magic eraser is not a fine sandpaper. It's a sponge, like the kind to clean dishes. It will not take off any paint

been using magic erasers for at least 4-5 years on all my sneakers. In fact, suggesting a toothbrush or any brush, is probably harsher on the midsole/soles than magic erasers.

Yeah I've been using the mr clean on my shoes for a while and they work great and have never damaged the sole. I've been using it on my 750s as well with no problems. Just simply soak it in water and put dish soap on it first and it will be fine.

Same here, I have/had the nike plats and red Octobers, the 750s and 350 turtles, and. 0 of them for retail [emoji]128542[/emoji]. Please let this be my first YZY retail purchase.

At least you've gotten some, I'm 0-8 [emoji]128534[/emoji][emoji]128534[/emoji][emoji]128534[/emoji]
I hope these are more available.

PLEASE keep us updated on how these clean up and what steps you took! This has gotta be the most beat pair out there so I'd really be interested to see what you do to them
You think that little bit of dirt really needs steps?

You can also buy melamine foam (pretty much the same stuff as magic erasers) from sites like dhgate or aliexpress for around $0.25 per sponge.

oh you mean besides nike's warehouse? where there are limbo pairs of yeezys

Lol Memphis is not what is used to be. It was much different a decade ago. The employee store and the policy changes have turned it to something irrelevant... But overall Memphis has to been one of the weakest cities that I have ever lived in or visited... it truly is a shame.

getting a worn once size 9 for pretty much retail but I'm a true 10.5 (would squeeze into a 10 easily i'm sure)

the road to finding a trade begins

Lmao... Dude actually asked for step by step on how to clean a shoe... This thread is something else...
I was specifically asking about the dirt stains on the primeknit, as it's a material I've never had on a shoe before and I imagine it's hard to clean if it gets dirty/stained. Give me some credit dude

I mean we are on a shoe forum, so asking for tips on how to maintain your sneakers isn't so blasphemous.
Dope, but don't forget that books are more important than shoes son.
What does that have to do with wearing his shoes to school?
