If buying fakes of shoes you own but won't wear because your grand scheme is to cash out for the life changing sum of $2,000 a year or 2 from now is flourishing then by all means proceed.

You're really winning at life bro.

It's a smart investment turning 200 into 2,000 is no laughing matter.
Just because money is not a thing to you doesn't mean it's like that for me.
If I wore the fakes on the right foot and the reals on the left foot you wouldn't be able tell. So it's win/win for me being able to get the real pair on release day keep them on ice while stunting at my college and IG with the fakes. This is winning breh.

It's nothing wrong with reselling, it's wearing the fakes when the good fakes cost the same as retail and they don't have the boost technology. It's really no point.

Swap the fake 350s for any other pair of authentic shoes and I wouldn't have any problems with your intent. I can never support rocking fakes simply because there a lot of nice reasonably priced shoes that someone can wear to "stunt" at college or on ig.

Shoes also aren't an investment, sure you can profit off of them but anybody can see that the number of people willing to spend triple retail on shoes isnt large.

Look at how resale on Jordans went from sky high to almost non existent in the last 2 years. It was a fad for many people and they are over it.

The kid probably is winning, I just don't think he should be wasting his money on fakes.

They wasn't same price
The super perfects were 60 with a 20 something shipping from China
I didn't buy the real Yeezy Boost for the Boost Technology
I got them for looks they comfortable that's all that matter to me

it's not a basketball sneaker, so what does it have to do with basketball

Its a comparison and it shows how people ride the hype train over a show with a name on it willing to pay more than what some basketball shoes are going for. That is all.

Ultra Boosts: $180
Yeezy Boosts: $200
Not gonna lie, the hype has affected me. Willing to pay $250 for those yeezys but not the ultra boosts. Was actually trying to get two, one to rock, one to trade for some qasas. Heard those are even more comfortable than ultra boost

What makes basketball shoes superior to these? That's where I'm confused. Maybe a better comparison would be higher end designer shoes that have better quality than the Yeezys?
