You never know. The same factory could have seen the hype from the first and decided on their own to make a little extra profit. I'm just assuming, I have no idea where adidas make their shoes.

They could be unauthorized products made in the same warehouse after Adidas orders were fulfilled.

The same factories responsible for "unauthorized" Jordans makes all brands. Adidas, under armor, LV. They don't specialize in one brand. Yeezy 350 boosts are on their 6th revision now for fakes I believe. I believe with every "batch" they're supposed to get closer to authentic.

If you plan on keeping your pair, I don't see why you would care one bit about the resale market.

I already wore my pair twice; so I clearly have no plans on selling. My gripe: what determines exclusivity is the prices on the resale market, and without those high prices we're just wearing a regular Adidas sneaker. And it also bothers me that a sneaker I busted my behind to get has an identical copy, which is accessible to anyone.
