All of his APC collection sold out too. It maybe have taken a little while but it all sold eventually.

those yeezy clothes are nice and i find em better than all these tight fashion brands , also kanye rocks em nicely and he has style but as much i appreciate him i aint gonna cop anything at that price tag , you can have the same look by copping 1 size bigger ralph lauren hoodies

I read that his shoes with Nike were not designed by him, he just told them what he liked and they made it and that the opposite was true for his Adidas shoes. He created the shoe from the sole up (not the boost technology of course). Can someone confirm? This sounds true based on the fact that the designs are completely different. I personally do not like any of the Nike shoes but really like the 750's and like the TD's (though admittedly I thought the TD's were ugly until I saw them on feet).
I think Adidas let him do the clothes to satisfy him and hoped that the high fashion people would take note, I think the clothes will eventually disappear and we will be left with shoes which I am fine with. But he should have made shoes and jeans and called it a day.

I have no idea how he thinks he's gonna sell his clothes. His fanbase will not spend 4figs+ on that... I mean come on does he think he's haute couture or something???
He needs to be realistic and actually price his clothes at a price point his fans can actually buy at.
Cuz let's be real... Only they would ever consider paying that kinda dough for collection Derelict Beige.

I dont think he intended most of his clothes for his fan base. The torn and tattered joints will be sold to euro folks and the uppity rich kinds.

Lmao at you trying to dictate what he is or isn't because the stuff is out of your price point. He wears plenty of items from other designers in the same price range of not more and his minions buy up those items and they sell out. Who's to say those same people wouldn't devour his own line at the current price point?

are you serious? The Y1s, Y2s and 750s are all the same shoe with a few tweaks. A vertical line up the side, a low profile toe cap and a midfoot strap... boom, you got a Kanye West shoe.

I'm a good bit confused with what he and Adidas are doing (or not doing) with the clothes. His collections with APC were dope, and lended credence to the idea of Ye as a designer. The SZN 1&2 clothes look nice when worn in a traditional way (see the weeknd photoshoot), though the pricing is a little ridiculous but the same can be said about most fashion houses. The vision across the entire spectrum of 1&2 is just inconsistent from shoes, to clothes, to pricing to what he's said about the collaboration. I don't really see this in the same vein as the Pharrel collab, though I would not be surprised of some of the items produced end up in outlets. People trust Kanye to do, wear, and create dope things. I'm of the opinion that most people don't really "like" his stuff, Y1s, Y2s, 350s,750s,950s they just trust that if Ye is doing it or wearing it, or associated with it then that's what they should be wearing (etc.) as well. He has similar mindshare that a company like Apple has, though on a much smaller scale. The strangest part of all of this is that Kanye hasn't really been wearing the clothing. He generates hype based on what he wears, he wears the shoes, he wore a lot of the APC stuff but I haven't seen him really wear SZN1 or 2 clothes.

dunno why some of ya sayin its OG 750 with a gum sole tho
looks 2 or so shades darker and trnaslucent sole(hint of "gum" i suppose)
the boots ehh

i said some time ago the boots to me are decent
if used as.... boots lol
like i personally dont see them as fashionable AT ALL
just look like a decent duck boot to me lol
if they end up being a huge reseller shoe then dudes are morons out here lol
as for the clothes its basiclaly straight pass without hesitation
a few pieces are cool jackets mostly but the prices are just ******ed
im just curious as the shoe releases continue will allocation go up to a point where say a HOH or FA would have in store raffle sign ups across the board etc...
not even sayin like 100 pairs a location tho like even 50 pairs would be a huge improvement on public availability
