They're not authorized by Adidas.  They're fake.

do what you want but its def not that serious ...that site doesn't have any sz above a kids 4.5y no one here was trying to pass anything off as a legit mens pair or anything like that

to your point I COULD see them in the same light as sb dubzeros but those are ... mens shoes trying to be passed off as real which those custom's aren't again nothing above gs 4.5

These are no different than fake adult Yeezy's. They stole the design and they are not authorized by adidas. Yes they are kids sizes, but the fake sneaker market exists in the toddler world just as it does in the adult world. Like I said earlier, if you search the web you'll realize that these are being sold in more than one place. So to try to call these customs is just incorrect. These are being produced in volume, in a factory. Not by hand a la Hender Scheme...

Laser frags and such are authentic merchandise purchased and then customized after the fact. So they are not comparable to these either.

But lets get back to discussing the Authentic Yeezy Line.

So what?  Adidas failing to produce them at the moment doesn't mean they forfeit their own IP rights to the design.

If somebody doesn't produce a video game you want on your preferred platform, does that give you the right to pirate the title? 

The bottom line is that the shoes are NOT authorized by Adidas, and they're clearly attempting to replicate the design.  We want nothing to do with the promotion of these unauthorized replicas.

that's def a cavet I didn't know because ive only seen them pop up this week & it was from the same site that was posted on this pg before meth came......

That doesn't matter.  It's Adidas' design.  It's Adidas' prerogative.  They get to decide if there's a children's version of their design.  That's the way IP rights work. 

If Nike doesn't make a PE colorway of your favorite Air Jordans in your size, you don't get an exemption to produce or purchase fakes because there's "no alternative."  

If for some reason a movie isn't released with subtitles in your language, you don't get to pirate the film, redub it, and then sell it in the neglected market.  You aren't entitled to have the opportunity to purchase anything and everything you desire.  Wu Tang Clan only produced one copy of "Once Upon a Time in Shaolin," the copyrights to which expire in 2103.  You aren't allowed to pirate that album just because its creators refused to make it available to you.  

I'm not sure why this is difficult to understand. 

If you're not interested in discussing only the authentic, authorized Adidas Yeezy line, do not participate in this thread.

Apparently you don't understand because you're still trying to make the excuse that if a company doesn't sell their product exactly the way you want it, somebody has the right to steal their IP to produce "alternatives."  The law doesn't agree. 

For that reason, anyone who continues to promote unauthorized products on here will be removed.
