View media item 1751412With this picture, it shows how the authentic pair's material differs with the suede. The Adidas logo on the authentic pair is more of a matte, but the TD pair has more of a reflective logo with low quality different colored suede.

Fam, don't cop used. It's not worth it.. You'll get the shoes and won't be able to appreciate them as much as you would DS.. But I'd say a fair price is $450.

I feel you bruh...but lately I have spent a lot on Js and other sneakers I have been watching for a while. Why do you say that? I can't find anything DS at even double the price of used ones. All around $1k or more. So, worn a couple times didn't sound that bad. But, is it because they just wear down too quickly?

I can't seem to find anything used around $450 either which would be perfect. An auction for 8/10 pair ended at $660.00. I think my hopes of getting a TD pair are way low.

I say that because they do wear down super fast. I have TD's that I have sole protectors on them, tape on the shoe inserts, etc.. And I'm just funny about "used" shoes.. The prices are too expensive to buy a used shoe. The market is just crazy because there's hardly any on there.

Copped both through the app confirm
For the TD I was at work when they dropped. I tried getting a size 9 but it wasn't going through. Added a size 10 and still didn't get through. So I gave up, got a notification the next day from Adidas saying a size 10 was reserved. Need a size 9 till this day

As for the PB waited half an hour trying to get through the app, was able to get through and added the size 9

It's best to save some more $$$ cop DS.

Paying 600+ for used shoes is almost a NO NO when you can get them DS for another $200-300

This would be my first pair of non-DS. I have always kopped DS. The only reason was because I was late to the party. I think since the hype is at its maximum and almost no shoes out there I can't expect to find anything for a decent price. So, I might just skip and wait for the next colorway or something. How much did the prices increase over time since the TDs first dropped? Were DS pairs going for $800 or so? I tried to see if campless had some info, but I couldn't find anything.

Started around $800-900

Dropped to about $500-700

Now skyrocketed to $1k+

Every market goes something like this.. Immediately after drop, market is flooded, pairs go for relatively low prices compared to the month or two following after.. After the middle part of the market, the prices sky rocket.

Yup that's how my luck goes...i'm going to pass. Unless I get lucky on a manual kop on the new colorway and can make a trade

True, but I thought for some reason Yeezys were an exception to this rule: start out high, stay high and then sky rocket. Had no idea they dipped in price. But this is the first pair of Yeezys I like and are relatively more affordable than nike ones. So I am in the yeezy market for the first time.
