oh thats unfortunate. but isnt that similar to people who use bots getting upset cause they didnt get a pair but people who didnt did?

This method is better imo, gives everyone a shot

I don't think the bots had much if any effect on the turtle dove release. I know for a fact that a few people I know didn't use a bot and got through easily. The random release time with no lottery is the best option in my opinion. You don't have these sneaker blogs/twitters/instagrams blasting the release time everywhere killing the server before anyone has a chance.

Only that wasn't cool about the drop was that you couldn't select another size once you made it to check out and found it was sold out. Should have kept you in the que and not toss you out.

Props to dude with the links but it was too late for me.

People like myself likes the ADC release method today because we got a pair...people that didnt, doesnt like it...If I didnt get a pair, then I probably won't like it either...lmao!

So wait...yall think because y'all sat in front of yall computer all night y'all entitled to dibs? Y'all physically occupying digital space in y'all minds? So if you you filled out the first raffle ticket at a physical store, y'all should win based on that? I like the randomness of it all because it's the only way to be somewhat fair since a fair portion of dudes seem to have unlimited amounts of time to repeatedly camp sneakers for days at a time. Now y'all trying to take y'all camp philosophy and practices to the Internet?

Can one of "y'all" translate?

Yea basically. When you say it like that it makes me feel stupid lol
Haaaa, lol oh man

If ADC had a decent stock supply I think everyone would be eating. Because the other retailers didn't get as many pairs, and even the stores didn't get these in abundance. Seems like ADC didn't have a large stock either, so it just sucks that some could cop multiple pairs whereas some (like myself) couldn't even cop one. It just comes down to supply, there wasn't enough to go around.

This is my first time scoring on a high profile release like this, but I was fully prepared to take my L & go on with my day coming in. I caught the link as soon as it went out and just sat my laptop on the desk and waited....was about to close it and move on when the page changed. I'll take my chances this way & feel better about the result either way, rather than sit and get digitally skipped by bots thinking I had a chance. It's 2015 and at this point, you pretty much ain't scoring manually on this type of release. If you think you are, you're either new or naive. Today, Adidas provided the best chance I've seen since the red october drop.

No one said all night. But if you're relatively on top of your **** you know that the TDs came out around 10:00 (central time), so you would expect the same from these. the randomness is good for your average person that knows the sneaker is dropping today but sucks for anyone that is even semi "in the loop". Maybe it should have been FCFS until Adidas tweeted the link and that would be more fair.

Glad to be past this release. Stood in line for 2hrs in Chicago to pick up my reserved pair from the Adidas store...completely threw off family time. Last night was lit in this thread, but the chase is getting old.

ummmm no because bots, backdoor links, atc etc. ruin it for people who want just one pair, so there ends up being a crazy resale market, and for someone who claims "everyone who wants a pair will get one, will" its just frustrating. yea im salty, idc, let me cry about it. i didnt/never do, expect much, however i find it ridiculous that if i cant just buy a pair of sneakers to rock its just getting stupid
