I've tried raffles too (online and instore) but ADC has been good to me so far. I can't complain at how easy it's been compared to other sites and releases.

1000, 800 after there fees. But the average is around 800 on ebay before ebay and paypal fees and you dont have to worry about shipping. I would say for yeezys FC makes sense, anything else not so much.
