do not cancel the bid, simply open an unpaiditem case that way hegets a strike on his account and others wontsell tohim and his account has a chance of getting shut down since its new. im a big a bayer. when some one says that dont even respond, just open an unpaid item case and let the rest be handled by itself.

I finally just watched his 13-minute speech... it started off strong, wasn't THAT bad.. 1st half was def more on point though and then he started bouncing around a bit.
