what he's saying is that every one is expecting the retail to be $200, so they have $200+ some change for tax set aside. If adidas without warning bumped up the price, some people might not be able to check out because they don't have enough funds in their account at that moment. It happened to somebody on NT for a pair of shoes. He didn't calculate for tax or shipping and the total was more than he had in his account and by the time he added more funds, the shoes were gone. 

going by the penny for shoes will leave you in stupid predicaments. If a shoe costs 200 have 500+ in your account and that won't happen.
