Okay so i just talked to a woman and she didn't sound like she had any idea what she was talking about. She said that there was only 1 order allowed per customer but when I told her it didn't state that anywhere on the page she changed her answer and told me that both of my orders would be processed including the one that I just placed 40 minutes ago. Im still not confident. Someone else please call lol

Don't think it's a restock , most likely some cards were probably declined so orders had to be refreshed
