Ordered 1-2 day shipping but haven't received my shipping confirmation yet. I was feeling pretty confident about getting my pair until right now lol. I'm located in Seattle, maybe they are shipping out based on location?

Just spoke with an Adidas representative on the phone. I was told that there is indeed a 3-step processing system in place. From what she said, most prospective orders had an issue with the first phase and getting the bank to approve the charge.

Yeah thats why I called my bank to authorize those transactions and they told me its good on their end, its up to Adidas now. So doubt any real Adidas reps are working on it today. Though I did get shipping on 1 of 2 orders.
about 22-24 times depending on tax LOL. And nothing went through....?

Also was told the 3rd system was the actual shipping part. She said some orders are only working in the 1st system and not 2/3. I assume it to be the orders that never got e-mails, but I am not 100%. In all honesty, I forgot what the 2nd system was.

quality is on point.
super comfortable. IMO more so than the 750s.
however I'm a true 11. I got 10s in both.
the 750s are a full size big. the 350s are only a .5 big.
I feel as though I should have went for an 11.
but extremely happy and fortunate to have a pair at retail nonetheless.

When you guys called the reps. what did you tell them? Have multiple charges when checking out all resulting either an error or failed to submit. I called earlier and all the rep told me was that if you don't have confirmation within 48 hours, you didn't get the order.

I got order confirmation email as well as the order confirmation page after hitting submit payment. Like I said, both orders were placed with no hiccups. From countdown timer to captcha to billing/shipping address to manually-entered CC info to confirmation page.
Both orders were placed on the same card, me and my lady share 1 CC, so 2 authorized users so I was able to use different names on the 2 purchases.

I placed mine during the restock and just called in and asked for my orders info. She confirmed my order worked in all 3 systems.
