Just got off the phone with Adidas as well regarding the size 9 pair I ordered during the restock. When I spoke to the rep, she said my order was good and confirmed that my pair had been designated in the warehouse.

did u receive order confirmation right away ?alright, as expected CS said mine is going through. She sounded very knowledgeable and said there's a 3 step process. I passed everyone.
She said most people who are getting cancelled got wrong info from whoever they spoke to. They were ghost orders. She said when speaking to CS rep, make sure you're not at "ghost order" stage, because if you are, you're "donzo." Most cs reps don't look at this part.
Waiting for her to give me what i wanted to hear was like waiting to hear your std results. Just give me the answer.
With that said, I still don't feel any better now than i did before talking to her.

Yeah, I never call. I feel like the cs rep can push a button and cancel my order just to mess with me.
I usually let the process handle itself.
When I called and told them I ordered two pairs she was like ummm you cant do that I was like you wanna tell me where it says that? After a minute she was like welllll I guess there isn't anything saying that you can't.
Other than that she was pretty chill. You have power as a consumer if you know how to use it. I wouldn't worry

Can't use them on products that have discount restrictions. I've seen the restriction on their top of the line stuff (Ultra Boost/Luxe).

I always call over the GMail phone thing, anonymous number and you just give them the order number. Also, don't mention multiple orders over the phone, they won't assume if you don't tell them.

nah, i wouldn't. i have no use for any normal adidas product. Id pass it on to someone else if they emailed it to me. But i;m not staying on the phone for 20 minutes to get it

You can look at it that way, or you can look at it like this
The prices on the Y1 Y2 and 750 are actually based on their rarity. That's why they've organically gone up over time..
The prices on the 350 right now are based on nothing but people seeing how much the other 3 models go for, and guestimating what the most they can charge based on that.
Because of the fact that this isn't THAT rare of a sneaker, but it's being initially priced as if it is, the prices will fall
There's gonna be over 2,000 listings for these on ebay by the end of the week, those people will begin undercutting each other soon. Prices will drop.

Called for the second time today , I gave the rep my email that I used instead of the order number I got over the phone and she said my order has been recieved. 24 -48 hours wait for shipping confirmation from the warehouse if they have inventory left .

Just got off the line with customer service and gave them the order number from my confirmation email. Received the dreaded news that my order will not go through because they are out of stock. This is complete ********! I ordered from the "restock" so you guys who ordered from the restock should give them a call and get it over with.

I received the shipping confirmation email from Adidas (Your order has left the building..) for my "restock" order yesterday morning. They will be here tomorrow and I chose the Free Shipping option.
