yeah its really good quality leather, had it for more than a year and not a single scratch from pocketing it with my keys nor has the gold SLP letter paint fallen or faded. 

My gold paint fell off after about 18 months of use, but they gave me a new one after I e-mailed them about it, just a tip later down the road.

They were all sent back to Adidas HQ. The inventory and the sale of the pairs were tightly watched by Adidas reps. Not your regular retail salesperson. They did the same thing for the 750 release.
