Depends on where you live IIRC. FNL almost always charges you tax because more than likely, there is a physical location within your state. Not sure what NDC uses as a "physical location" for them, i.e. factory store, nike town, etc.
 
lol how are you managing all of this and work. Too many things to focus on. I'm glad I work nights for the most part.
