Does the jordan gs size is automatically for boys and womens? Are they only same?

Because im really confused last day i order in flightclub.com air jordan crimson 3 bright gs 3.5y they dont have specific gender for the shoes only the size. Then i received air jordan crimson 3 bright size 3.5y gs (boys) and i expected the gs size is unisex im just wondering if does it really same or different??

Nope, yes i know the US womens size and gs are different. What i mean is i should receive air jordan 3 GS for womens
Not for boys.. Then i want to know if the grade school (womens) and the grade school (boys) are same..
