Yea Tariq is that dude. Very knowledgeable dude. His podcast and Ustream keeps me busy during work.
 
Never heard of Tariq. I did see Dart Adams going hard on him on Twitter. I guess they're both from Boston.

May have to see what this is all about.
 
After a bunch of excellent interviews and a meh from Common

That Ben Baller episode was garbage. It was a whole episode of where he wanted to pound on his chest.

Tariq is like Steve Harvey for men. Can't knock his hustle if people are actually going to follow him. I love the, Tariq said.... dudes.

and The Hidden Colors docs are meh, due to some of the people speaking.
 
I thoroughly enjoyed this interview... with all the woman problem threads on NT i'm surprised this hasn't went diamond on this site. Dude def did drop some gems tho.
 
I need to catch up on the Mega joint.. he does such a good job of getting artist to paint specific pictures of the times.
 
The one with the former Supreme Team member/police officer Corey "Life" Pegues after the events on Staten Island and in Ferguson is on point also.

Looks like people overlooked the Cormega one.
 
Combat & Pete were on Brilliant Idiots with Charlemagne this week. I'm assuming it'll be out soon.
 
Yeah, I knew it was coming. Combat referred to it, because Schulz had been referring to his conversation with a cop on last weeks show. They called out Combat out on last weeks with the, I don't know what white privilege is crap.

Pete would wash Schulz in a debate on the white privilege topic. Toure took him to school, so he understands the topic a lot better. Schulz is a clueless dude when it comes to this topic :smh:
 
Yeah, Pete has grown a lot over the past three years. I didn't care for him when I first started listening to the show.
 
nore has had my favorite interview so far . idk man nore's humor , stories , and credibility with what he's saying at this point hasn't been touched imo 

second would've been dame but him being mad at combat kinda ruins his previous interviews a bit for me so id have to say mega . gained a whole new respect for mega with his interviews . .

Those were hilarious, and I thought for a second there was a time when all of them were going to come to blows :lol:

A lot of other ones like Chuck D, Clark Kent, D Nice, Whoo Kid, Bun B, Killer Mike, Foxy, RZA, Star, and Mega were good for different reasons.

I'ma have to go back to the Ed Woods one. With him and Combat being former partners, there's guaranteed to be some gems.

The Jeezy episode was the most recent one, this was one where he needed a Southern co-host. Didn't really delve into his comeup or even some of his beefs early in his career. The episode had a lot potential but fell short IMO
 
I haven't cared for the last 2 episodes. The life dude was a practical "buy my book to see what happens next" interview and I've been tired of the Hollywood Jeezy interview for years now. Hopefully the next interview makes up for these.

Also found it funny Shultz girlfriend is the chick who got caught up scheming covers and espn ...when he mentioned her name I had to google to make sure I wasn't tripping


Edit: also Ben baller was the worst combat jack I've ever heard...dude is annoying as hell....combat couldn't even properly interview dude

C tha god is comfortable shucking and jiving for a check...couldn't even take him serious cause im sure off the record he would sing a different tune

Listen to the Killer Mike Brilliant IDiots, I wanted Mike to go in on them but he played the higher role and more so tried to school them. That Clown Adam said "Black Privilege is women thinking they have a BBC"
 
I actually heard the interview already, mike was on the breakfast club aswell

schultz was super annoying on this ep aswell

challenging each and every obvious point mike was making

sheesh
