I don't get it man. If the shoe fits wear it. If not don't speak about it, how you bring it up then when dude puts it on frontstreet you in your feelings. If it was that serious then don't bring it up in the first place. Gates is a weird dude :rolleyes

Yea, this interview was terrible, not sure how anyone enjoyed it.
 
I would love to see the footage of the gates interview

hate that combat won't take the joe rogan podcast approach and upload the entire show in video form

gates breakfast club interview went a lot smoother
 
One of the best interviews i've heard in a long time. After a while you get tired of just hearing the same subjects in interviews. Like Gates said not many people are gonna understand him because he does what HE wants rather then what the consensus is.
 
Videos take away numbers from the actual podcast on itunes or whatever. Rogan has a huge following and A LOT of other stuff going on so it won't effect him much.


Gates controlled the interview of course it went differently :lol: Radio interviews shouldn't really be compared to podcasts anyway...topics and structure are completely different.


Will/Jada name drop was interesting though :rolleyes

Agreed, I've been listening to Joe rogan for a couple of years now, and never looked at his video stream. Wouldn't mind to see some of these combat jack video interviews.
 
In watching video chances are you're not going to listen AGAIN on itunes, sound cloud etc or download the podcast therefore taking away from those numbers. Some people might only watch the videos.


Charlegmane and Andrew even discussed it awhile back as to why they don't post full episode videos only clips. Same goes for Juan Epstein.

wasn't that something they had going with Complex TV?

i never watched them but I remember it had something to do with Complex

is Just Blaze ever coming back?
 
desus vs mero post a podcast then post the video days later

there are ways around everything

there are many times I listen to the podcast on the way home then watch the video form at home while eating or whatever

and just is overseas a lot getting that edm money, doubt he'll be back anytime soon

Pete and Combat talked about it before the Stalley episode, which is night and day.

Pete dry snitched, he said dude said he doesn't drink or do drugs but was drinking lean the whole time :lol:

It was watered down and standard interviews. I wonder what happen to it. They never really gave a reason. They kept the Clark Kent and Russ show. I know Pete and Dallas weren't feeling being controlled and phased out.

I think the dudes were doing it for free. The dudes who did it were driving from Massachusetts. I'm not sure if they're making money on the show to do that.

I think dudes are drinking and smoking in the studio.

at first I was disappointed in gates for not speaking on the mike brown situation but now I know why he's answering questions the way he does

he's not doing an interview for us or the interviewers

he's doing an interview for the prosecutors and judges and parole officers he may have to deal with, he said he's fighting for his life on a pending case

that's why he'd say he's drug free while sipping

Pete of all people should understand this

at the same time gates should be prepping people with that info before the interview cause his style of answering questions throws people off

Gates interview was up and down. Never heard.of the guy before the interview though, got me to looking into him

this . i was annoyed by it at first too but they're definitely watching/listening .
 
If different interviews he's mentioned missing selling drugs or that period in his life, fighting, defending his, if you disrespect me I'm gonna etc if he's putting on a show for the authorities he's not doing a good job. Maybe they're gullible too though.

I agree

never said he was good at it but I can tell he's avoiding questions to appease certain people

I noticed he won't say anything negative about white people and won't speak on racial subjects

stated you will respect cops in prison and how you should basically let cops do their job no matter what

Yeah I thought it was weird also. I wasn't feeling a lot of his comments at all. Like when he was asked about the police in Louisiana in regards to Boosie's past statements. And he doesn't see race and how they never shot him. But I digress....

No comments on Stalley's interview?

stalley joint was kinda boring , but after not knowing much about him its cool to see him come up . i like that he's not trying too hard to force the typical rapper story also . worked jobs and stayed down until he came up . . .
