Goodbye Philbin.

Goodbye Sherman.

Goodbye Coyle.

Welcome... David Shaw and Company.

I'm shocked. Numb. Frozen. I'm sick of this year after year. Get rid of EVERYBODYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

Get rid of the linebackers, trade away Wake, fire the staff, fire the general manager, draft a QB round 1, cut Wallace, get rid of the loser kicker, EVERYBODYYYYYY

please do ALL of this. send Wake to NE for a 5th rounder. and please use your first on a QB. PLEASE do it.

He won't understand what you mean Deadset.

He's busy begging for props and polishing Joe Philbin's coach of the year award he read about in MMQB.

:rolleyes Yeah because I want to trade him in the division, and for a 5th no less. Ireland won't be GM anymore smart #%@!

Oh sit on a sharp object

I want the following changes made, NO LESS

Jeff Ireland - Fired
Joe Philbin - Fired
Waterboy - Fired
Mike Sherman - Castrated, then fired
Kevin Coyle - Stand there while Geno Smith plows him over, then fired
Jon Martin - Cut
Richie Incognito - Cut
Tyson Clabo - Cut
Brent Grimes - Keep him somehow, not sure if he can be franchised but he's all we got in the secondary
Bryant McKinnie - Cut, re-sign as backup if needed
Jimmy Wilson - Cut
Chris Clemons - No thanks jeff
Soliai and Starks - Worthless, let one of them go and sign the other to a reasonable deal. No top money, neither played well this season
Phillip Wheeler - Cut
Cam Wake - Trade for picks, he's on the downside of his career and a 0 half the season. #@^@@ please
Mike Wallace - Cut, soft as Charmin/AMP
Mike Sherman - Egg his house, then TP it with #!%% toilet paper
John Jerry - Cut
Daniel Thomas - Release this piece of garbage

Get rid of all these losers. No one stepped up when needed. Last 2 weeks of the season, couldn't be 2 pathetic QB's or score points. I. Want. Them. All. Gone.

Agree on coaches.

You're delusional on players outside of Daniel annnnnnnnnnnnnd I might agree on Wake. But, I wrote that last summer.

Now? I don't know. Look at Carolina. They made a big jump year 2 to 3. Us? Depends on GM/coach moves first.

For now, hold Wake. But I would at least ask around and then eval.

Which players are you suggesting keeping? You can't possibly want any of these linemen I listed back. In the secondary, well I'm not sure if any of the CB's drafted this season will take spots next year from the main guys this year, namely I don't want Carroll or Patterson having big roles. And you can't possibly want Phillip Wheeler's "Gibril Wilson special" back

How on Earth is Jeff Ireland going to survive this? I'm waiting for the alert on my phone that Jeff Ireland has been fired.

This man just spent $110 million and 5 picks in the first 3 rounds and produced 1 more W than last season!

^ Name one person, other than a die hard delusional panthers fan, that thought the Panthers could make the jump they did a season ago?.............................................

On top of that, the Panthers would of had a stable front office and coaching staff outside of Chud. A better one to say the least as well.

With that said, I really would not be surprised to see Philbin stay and other pieces, He was level headed and had people playing good to great in a big time of humiliation and crisis. A very easy argument could be made that players don't play that way 100% of the time, I would say they don't play that way 50% of the time... (8-8 record that should of been at least 11-5). I also wouldn't be surprised to see Ireland stay. He has brought in some good to great pieces and hen has **** the bed with some as well. The 2013 draft class not playing pretty much at all is NOT on him. That would be on Sherman... who will 100% be fired. Tanny, who Ross loves, just came out and said he lost all confidence in Sherman. That was the final nail of 10,000 in the coffin.

I would like to see stability in the organization... I have been on the fire everybody band wagon for awhile. If one of them stays, I would rather have it be Philbin than Ireland. But it's clear he is getting out coached in this division... but in big games he really shows up. Go figure.

I have been on the David Shaw bandwagon from his first season... I will be when he goes to another team (browns, bucs, vikings, texans, washington pro football team... so far.)

With Chud fired, would LOVE to see him come back home to Miami... they guy is damn good on offense... he will not be on the market long. Also Coyle should and will be gone... not sure where i would go with that one.

Lastly good news for use dolphins fans... Hartline only tore his PCL, 6 weeks kinda thing with no surgery. So he'll be good to go.

Draft and Free agency need to go to the offensive line, another wide reciever, tight end, running back, more offensive line, outside linbacker, defensive tackle.

It's funny these ****** Jet fans talkin NOW when we couldn't find them for **** around here Dec 1.

But TODAY, they wanna laugh in here?

They are high fivin everywhere over their 8-8 season and keeping their worthless coach, while we are all fuming and want to fire the **** out of our 8-8 coach. :pimp:

I'm glad Rex will be able to stay and never win, I at least take great comfort in that knowledge.

Now, if we can just get rid of Joe and Sherm, this will be a great off season.

Oh and Jet fans, get the **** out.

As for what finns was askin on the roster, you can't cut 7 of your defensive starters you weirdo.

First off, Daniel Thomas and Marcus Thigpen gotta go. Wasting my roster space.

Grimes, franchise. (I'll get to this in a moment)

Try to keep at least one of the DT's. Soliai preferably, but I kinda think his agent hates us and he's gone. We'll see. Have to try and keep one.

Clemons, keep, but cheaply.

Sadly, nothing can be done about the defense this year, outside of some tweaking.

Nolan Carroll or Dimitri Patterson, one "could" stay, but I think both will be out. It would help, if one of them could stay.

Overall, spend the offseason on O. All of it. Some of you question whether Ryan Tannehill is the guy. Well, find out. Get him a FULL offense. His first year, he had no receivers, this year, he has no OL. Fix that.

Sign an OT in FA. Draft another in Rd 1.
Draft OG in Rd 2
Round 3, we might be able to spend on a DT if we lose one or both, but I would prefer to use on offense, but may have no choice.
Round 4, RB or WR
Round 5, WR or TE (if not taken in 4)
Round 6, TE or WR, whichever is left over.

We also have about 20-30 mil in cap space, so we can still add players, and maybe we will, either on offense or defense, but I HOPE this year, they rebuild that offense for Ryan.

Gibson, Keller, Binns, Hartline, all coming off knee injuries. (thankfully Hartline isn't that bad, but still)
Need to add a couple weapons. We had Egnew and Marlon Moore out there in the 4th quarter yesterday. :smh:

Get more depth.

Wallace, Hartline, Gibson, Matthews, and draft pick ?
Miller, Draft pick, Gillislee, or maybe a FA 3rd RB.
Clay, Draft pick, and maybe Keller comes back, or Sims. (need work here)
And of course, revamped oline.

The defense is "decent" but not elite enough. But we do have youth. Vernon, Jordan, Taylor, and Davis are all gonna be in year two, they "should" be better and help improve things. But we can't fix the LBer core right away, outside of free agency. (tricky)

So get the offence right, and we can rebuild the defense in 2015. As I stated in the other thread,

2012 QB
2013 DE
2014 OT
2015 CB?????

The 4 crown jewels of building a team. We have 2 down, and we pretty much all expect to take OT in 2014, so that leaves just a CB in a 4 year span. So you franchise Grimes for a year, he's pushing 32 next year, get one solid year from him, and then draft one in the first round 2015. By then, hopefully Taylor and Davis are worthwhile #2-3 corners. (all of this in theory of course)

Wake is the wild card. Part of me would like to flip him, but another part of me says wait til Vernon and Jordan do take that next step so we can have a solid rotation of 3 of them. But these coaches have GOT to get them on the field. Wake was on the bench so much yesterday. :smh:

Bunch of idiots. Play the best players you clowns. Ugh.
