52 Week Money Challenge vol. 2014.... Week 24 - 6/9

Completely forgot the past 2 weeks and had to catch up. 

Was doing $50 for the past 5 weeks to even out the last 5 weeks on the year, so I wouldn't have to worry about those weeks come the holiday season.

Feels good seeing that balance growing, but have to stay strict and not mess with it, lol
 
Forgot about this thread. Had to use a majority of the money today. Gonna work to bring it back. I'll update the thread title with the week when I get to a PC.
 
I'm doing very well with this challenge. I'm doing so good that I up'd the money going to my saving account and the change from paying with my card going into my 2nd savings account. I also have a lil stash of money under my alarm clock (to make sure I don't touch the challenge money) I think I'm on week 14 now (I did week 52, 51, 50, and 49) Next year I'm going to do x3.

Btw... I know this may seem simple, but here are the 5 things I do to keep up with this every week.
1.) Set phone reminder for 1x week
2.) Set google calendar reminder for 1x week
3.) Enter info on spreadsheet to see where I stand each week, how much it will cost the upcoming week, and how much I will have if I tweak the #'s in upcoming weeks (if anyone wants a spreadsheet, I'd be glad to email it to them. I am a true spreadsheet nerd :lol: )
4.)Subtract the upcoming amount out of my weekly budget.
5.) Envision what I am going to do with that money after the 52nd week.

Thank man. I was initially just gonna save just to save but I'm aiming for a nice whip next year and I think its definitely possible now lol
 
not gonna front, i was slacking for a couple of weeks but i just put in $100 so i'm caught up
