I'm spoiled though. My last gf lived 1-2 miles away and my current one lives 5 miles away
I'm the type that likes to see my girl a couple times a week at least

4 hours round trip
For someone like me who may work 80 hours a week and may work 12 straight days 2 hours is really significant

Like I said, you gotta MAKE time. Yeah, we're all busy and have our own personal affairs but some people (not saying you) tend to forget that when you're in a RELATIONSHIP, it's a group effort.
Meeting someone halfway is imperative. Have you ever thought about flying her out to you for a few days?

This is all hypothetical. My girl lives 5 miles away
But of course I would put that effort it. But IMO it wouldn't be enough for me. Seeing her once a week at most and sometimes not for a couple weeks at a time wouldn't cut it.
Exception would be if we were engaged/already developed that level of relationship and it was temporary (1 yr or less) with a known end

We make sure we don't go more than 3 weeks without seeing each other...
But most times its 2 weeks...
And every now and again... I'll shoot out there after work and leave early the next morning for work...
Rarely do o do that doe..

Man two hours you could see each other more than 3x a week if you wanted to. I used to spend two hours in the commute home sometimes, It's even better if there's guaranteed yambs on the other end of it.

I understand what you're saying (my post was the first post you quoted was addressing) but with me busy with my civil engineering schoolwork and her in pre-med, it'll be hard to find time all the time.
That being said, I'll do absolutely ANYTHING to make the relationship work.

Ten I said "man... My boy just moved out ere and trying to find something new... I think I should put him down"

Went over and gave her my number...
She called back a few days later and was like "hey... Just asking about your friend"
I said "look... Not gonna lie. I was on a 3rd date with ol girl, and didn't want to be disrespectful to her... So I lied to the both of you... I don't have a friend... I just wanted to holla at you"
She was all "I kinda figured that... That has never happened to me before though"
We meeting up tomorrow for some drinks.
Then gonna stop by the $10 date house afterwards.
I always tried to stay away from virgins. Girl before my ex was a virgin when I met her. that "put it in, ouch that hurts, stop" stuff is annoying. ever so glad somebody popped that before meThat's what I'm most afraid of

I mean the once or twice you'll stay at each other's spot on a weeknight so you get some rest in between and weekends. That's probably more than a lot of couples that live together.

practically anything medical you have to memorize prefixes, suffixes, and all types of stuff. takes a lot of memorizing and studying.
a LTD with a premed type student could work but it's def gon take some discipline

ex tried ruining my trip this weekend, brushed her off, told her to stop messaging me and got ****faced for 4 days.got shutdown by some yambs i havnt seen in 3 months, both faded at this party , take her back to my boys place, just us, get hit with "no were just friends, wow im so shocked , you caught me off guard" then made me walk her back to her hotel .

Look on some realness right now, I got love for everybody in this piece but if you are going to write something, PLEASE KEEP IT AS PG AS POSSIBLE. This is one of my favorite threads on NT and I don't want to see it closed again( already had another goat thread closed this weekend.)Whether you feel this thread is "duck tales" or whatever, I know for a fact people use the info dropped in here( can show you my inbox if you need receipts) to better their lives. Get you a dictionary, thesaurus, anatomy book or something so you can convey your thoughts appropriately with.
