Long story short, just moved up to Wisconsin for school, && the past couple nights I been kickin it with this Dominican chick who I met last month up here for my first visit, she been showing me around town, etc (played pool && she helped the kid pick out some groceries one night, hit the gym && club last night, showed each other our living arrangements up here..so on/so forth). I'm pretty sure she's feelin me, && I am her, but **** got me overthinking a lil bit tho.

While at the lil bar/club downtown by campus last night, let's just say it probably showed that the club is NOT my scene :lol:. It wasn't that bad cause none of us were really dancing, but I literally felt like Marshawn Lynch around reporters, sitting in the cut feeling awkward as **** in there :x.

Probably not as bad as it felt, but that && tryna be cautious for my own sake yet still make a move on shorty led to the aforementioned overthinking as of late. Late bloomer problems :nerd:

Just be yourself. You want her to know the real you. If she's feeling you, she's feeling you. As long as you're well mannered and a gentleman you'll be ok. This goes for any chick...

L after L ... I asked for 8 girls number this past week at different places. Not into the online chasing so trying to get out my comfort zone but got turned down all 8 and I am just going after girls who are 5 and sixes in my books. Weak game I figure but ima keep shooting.

Don't be discouraged. What you're essentially doing is building your confidence. It's not the game that's weak, it's the fact that these chicks can tell you aren't confident when approaching them. Keep your head high and tell yourself that any girl that ends up with you is the lucky one, not the other way around.

It's a big step cuz I'm socially dumb and was always scared to ask people out or for numbers ..

the fwb and relationships I've had the girls came on to me except for one .
I feel like I never learned how to "crawl" . I was a fat *** growing up so I got shunned automTically and my mindset never changed from that ... I feel like I'm late on learning basic ish but like I said ima a keep on shooting.

You're right, I was mainly scoping the place out && people watching so I doubt it was too bad. I'm just overanalytical by nature, especially when it comes to myself.

Very true. I think I've been doing pretty well so far, haven't tried to put on a front or an act different from my true self so that's a good thing. Thanks, && I'll continue along && see where it goes.

Ever get the urge to go sport fishing? Just for fun, not even for food. Like just to see if you still got the skill? Catch the fish and throw it back in the ocean. Not even eat it cus you got all the fish you need back home? (Y'all catch my drift?) what do you do?

I dont, but i know plenty of ppl that do, and theydi it with absolutley no intentions of doin anythig ither then flirting, but some go in for the kill

One was a cashier at the gas station right here around the block. Small talked for a min already so I'm like f it . I say " what's up with you , you seem interesting let me get your number so we can do something together sometime" ... She said "no I'm in a relationship rite now . So I say don't trip forget I even asked . .

Another one I was running at the lake and she was walking . she was eyeing me or so I thought so I so tell her
" hey hows it going , my name is lakersman3000 , what's your name . She like my name is Gisele. I told her you interest me can I get your number . She said "no thanks " ...I told her alright well you have a good day g.

Props on the approaching, and approaching chicks that are soft choosing, that's half the battle. "You seem interesting " is just about the most unnatural thing I've ever heard though.

I've thought about it but I know that if my girl ever found out about it she'd feel I was tryna cheat. But if I want to entertain myself I'd honestly tell/ask her how'd she'd feel about it. I'd rather not go sport fishing and have her be mad when she finds some bait in my car and now I'm back tracking tryna explain it

I think you was too quick to ask for the digits w/o building some type of chemistry. Next time instead of asking for their number, you give them your number and tell them to call you. If she's interested she'll call you, if not then you know she's not and you don't have to worry all day about her.
