Bro...its the expectations and anxiousness. You beat yourself mentally. This happened to me and it was because I tried to smash when I thought one of my homie's homie already smashed (which end up being not true from the man's mouth himself) and it killed for me cuz I actually liked the girl and I tried to change my gameplan from dating her to just smashing her and it didn't work.
