Sure, sex has presented it self to him before and he goes with the flow. Alcohol, drugs, money, and a place to sleep have been what's important to him. He got with Sheila so he could live at her place and she did weird sex with him in exhange. He just wanted to stay at his liver donor's house and the mother went at him so he went with it also.

Maybe he smashed when they were streaking. Surprised he wasn't a dirtbag by taking all her money and leaving her on the train. He might stay at her place and keep using her to fund his drinking and weed until she starts getting really sick.
